On Monday, it was announced that the 2025 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers will be streamed on YouTube, Facebook, the WBC’s website, and MLB.TV.
The action for the WBC qualifiers begins later this month on Feb. 21 in Taiwan. The games that day will be South Africa taking on Nicaragua at noon T.S.T. and Spain playing Chinese Taipei at 7 p.m. T.S.T.
The final game between the second and third place teams in Taipei will be on Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. T.S.T.

The final game between the second and third-place teams in Tuscon will be on Mar. 6 at 6 p.m. M.S.T.

Daisuke Matsuzaka carving up batters en route to back-to-back MVP Awards; Nelson Cruz’s triumphant blast; Adam Jones’ leaping home run robbery; Javier Báez’s no-look tag; and Shohei Ohtani vs. Mike Trout with the championship on the line — these are just some of the World Baseball Classic’s indelible moments that live on in our memories.

Start getting ready for the next must-see plays, because the pools and dates for the 2026 World Baseball Classic tournament were announced on Wednesday.
This will be the second World Baseball Classic with a 20-team field, so just like in 2023, there will be four pools of five teams. The top two teams in each pool will advance to the quarterfinals in Houston and Miami on March 13 and 14. If Team USA advances to the quarterfinals, its game would take place on Friday, March 13, regardless of whether it is the winner or runner-up in pool play. The same is true for Samurai Japan, whose game will be on March 14 regardless of whether it wins its pool or finishes second.
The semifinals and finals will be held in Miami beginning on March 15.
All that’s left is to find out who the final four teams will be, which the upcoming Qualifiers will determine.
