Elon Musk has now addressed rumors that he and author Ashley St. Clair are the parents of his thirteenth kid.
St. Clair, a well-known person who authored a “conservative” children’s book in 2023, revealed in a post published to X on Saturday, February 15, that she had reportedly given birth to his thirteenth child five months prior.
The 26-year-old wrote: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.”
“I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.”

In addition, St. Clair stated that she wanted her newborn to “grow in a normal and safe environment” and urged the media to “honor our child’s privacy and refrain from invasive reporting.”
‘Alea Iacta Est’, which means ‘the die is cast’ and is frequently used to indicate that a situation has reached the point of no return, was another Latin term she used as a caption for the photo.
In a separate statement posted on Musk’s social media account, her agent Brian Glicklich restated her assertions.
“Ashley & Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time,” he stated.
“It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashely and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially.”
“We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledged his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share.”
Musk has the potential to really challenge the cast of Cheaper by the Dozen if St Clair’s allegations are accurate.
When the Space X tycoon finally spoke out about the incident, he didn’t exactly make a claim to the five-month-old in the center of it.

In fact, his only reaction to St. Clair’s assertions was, “Whoa.”
Musk was replying to a different tweet about St. Clair from Milo Yiannopoulos, a far-right activist, who said she had “plotted for half a decade to ensnare” him.
According to the Daily Mail, St Clair responded to Musk’s direct answer in a subsequent post that has since been removed, stating that she had been “trying to communicate” with him for days but had not heard back.
In 2002, Musk and his then-wife Vivian Wilson received their first child, a son named Nevada, who tragically died at the age of ten weeks.
After that, the couple welcomed five more children into the world: triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, age 19, and twins Vivian and Griffin, age 20.
In addition, the millionaire and Grimes have three children together: a daughter named Exa Dark Siderael and two sons, Tau Techno Mechanicus and X Æ A-Xii (pronounced “X Ash A Twelve”), both of whom were conceived through surrogacy.
In addition, Musk fathered a third kid, whose name has not been disclosed, in 2024 and twins Strider and Azure in June 2021 with Shivon Zilis, who were born a little before Exa.
