Former President Jimmy Carter, who served from 1977 to 1981, remains active in political discussions despite his age.

Carter, now in hospice care and approaching his 100th birthday, is still engaged with the nation’s challenges.

He expressed that his “dying wish” is to see something “provocative that might make history different.”

Carter’s grandson, James Carter, shared that his grandfather hopes to vote for Kamala Harris as the next

president of the United States. Early voting for the 2024 election in Georgia begins on October 15th.

Carter, known for his humanitarian efforts, including building homes for Habitat for Humanity, has battled health issues, including melanoma.

Despite these challenges, his spirit remains strong.

In 2023, Carter accepted hospice care after a series of hospital visits. He is now only accessible to close family and friends.
